you can make payments safely using your credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Shipping

Shipping for Portrait Drawings is EXPRESS (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS)

(Please leave you phone for the carrier to get in touch with you if needed)

Shipping for Paintings is with First Priority Mail (1-2 weeks)

-Your painting will be shipped out (1-5 business days) after payment is received
.For the custom paintings/drawings the shipping date will be discussed.
After the shipping, I will provide you the tracking number of the package. I use to follow up the package because I want to be sure that it is delivered in good condition.

-The painting will be stretched onto a wooden stretcher frame and shipped in a flat box.
-Artwork will be carefully handled and packaged prior to shipping.

Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees
- International buyers are responsible for any possible customs/duties/taxes/broker fees, once the item arrives in country.

Returns & exchanges

I want you to love your new painting because you'll be looking at it everyday.
If you are not completely satified with the painting you can send it back within 14 days.I will exchange, credit or refund 100% of the painting's price.
I sincerely hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not happy for any reason, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem promptly. Please note that return shipping fees are of your own expense and for Custom Portrait drawings there is no return, refund policy.
